Q. Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of lawn mowers, sheds, trailers, generators, and coffee machines within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Handling Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Mon–Fri)
- Transit Time: 3 to 5 Business Days (Mon–Fri)
Total delivery time is typically 4 to 7 business days after placing your order.
Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (PST – Los Angeles).
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Q. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied, you can return your lawn mower, shed, trailer, generator, or coffee machine within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- With all included parts and accessories
Q. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
Q. Who pays for return shipping?
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Vadora will cover return shipping.
- If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Q. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it on our Order Tracking page or the courier’s website to monitor your delivery.
Q. I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately at support@vadora.shop with your Order ID and photos of the damaged product.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
